When making a reservation
Our kitchen hours of operation are Tuesday through Saturday from 5 pm to 9 pm and closed on Sunday and Monday. For special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, the month of December, and New Year’s Eve, reservations are highly recommended.
If you send an email wanting a reservation during our holiday season, we cannot guarantee you a table. Please call if you want to reserve a table with us.
We also offer curbside pick-up. Credit/Debit/Gift cards only, no cash, please. Call upon arrival & an employee will be out to serve you.
Reservation Policy Including Large Parties of 15 or More

For ALL reservations of 15 or more guests, the following policies include late-cancellation and no-show fees, so please do read them to know what is expected.
Receipt of a valid credit card number is required to hold the space for your reservation and act as confirmation that you will read, understand, and accept the following policies. If you have any questions about this information, please contact us at 870-972-6501.
Reservations can be cancelled or modified the same day, until 2 p.m., with no charge. We will not seat your group until all guests have arrived. If your group is not ready to be seated with 20 minutes of your reservation time, you will lose your reservation and be seated in next available, if there is any, when your party has arrived.
There is also a cancellation/no-show penalty of $25 per guest on the reservation, for anything below the confirmed head count less 3 people. For example, if your reservation was made for 15 people, and only 9 people show up, the difference less 3 people times the unmet minimum of $25(15-9-3=3) will be charged to the person’s card that made the reservation – in this example 3 people x $25 each, or $75.
Dress Code
501 Steakhouse prides itself on creating an enjoyable, casual fine dining experience for all of our guests. To enhance the atmosphere for everyone, we ask that you wear proper attire. We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any person wearing attire that we consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other guests.
Examples of unacceptable attire include:
- Torn, ragged, soiled clothing or shoes
- Clothing emitting offensive odors
- Tank tops on men, muscle shirts, etc.
- Clothing with offensive language and/or graphics
- Excessively revealing clothing; clothing made with offensive material (i.e., transparent)
- Exposed undergarments or lingerie
- Clothing that exposes inappropriate portions of the body, such as string bikini tops, sports bras, g-strings, bikini bottoms, and skirts or shorts that do not cover one’s entire bottom when seated
